Overview
Nudgemail does not store any information about its users for longer than 30 days since their last use of the service (other than contact information and settings). Your temporarily stored information will never be accessed, shared, or sold by anyone at any time. Once an individual Nudgemail has been sent, it is permanently removed from the Nudgemail system after 30 days. We take best industry standard practices to maintain our users’ security and privacy at all times.

In the course of using this service, you may provide us with personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use of and activities that may be connected with you (“Personal Information”). Nudgemail Users. Nudgemail does not create profiles for our users, public or private. We will not share your email address or any other information transmitted through the System with anyone outside of your personally designated recipients.
Nudgemail Employees: No member of the Nudgemail team or third party, aside from your designated recipients, will have direct access to emails or attachments sent to the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that any important emails sent to the Service are not removed from your personal email account, as Nudgemail employees will have no ability to recover or resend emails sent to the Service at any time other than your designated reminder time.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement: Nudgemail cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Nudgemail or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

6. Unsolicited Nudgemail
Neither Nudgemail nor any third party associated with Nudgemail will ever send you unsolicited emails not directly related to providing assistance or improving your service experience. However, because the system operates purely on an email basis and any user can enter any email address into their CC field to set a Nudgemail, Nudgemail has no control over whether or not a user is cc’d on another user’s Nudgemail.
